Prices are INCLUSIVE of 13% U.S. state taxes.
Telephone Charges - Rental charges include FREE telephone calls to local, national and most INTERNATIONAL destinations. (A few remote destinations are not included, but U.K., Europe and USA are all free.)
- Please ensure you read our full booking terms and conditions.
- Pool heating is an extra £15 ($25) per day (minimum of 3 days) or £90 ($150) a week.
- A security deposit of £250 is required. This will be taken by our Management Company and returned in full once the property is vacated in good condition.
- A booking deposit of £200 is required with full payment ten weeks prior to departure.
- Minimum stay is 5 nights.
- Earliest entry time is 4pm on day of arrival. Latest departure time is 10am on last day.
- Pools are used at guests own risk. Under 18·s must be accompanied at the pools.
- Please remember to purchase travel insurance to safe guard your vacation.
